REBEL THEATRE PRODUCTIONS

‘Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules.’

Rebel Productions formed to question ‘we’ve always done it like this’ and to offer a fresh and exciting alternative to Theatre producing and Arts Management. Taking ownership that caring is a strength, not a weakness, and to create and enable excellent work with formidable talent.

Theatre is and should be for all and Rebel work with those who are looking to make waves.

Let the Rebellion begin.

PASSING OUT: the Podcast

SELECTED AS: Spotify Podcast of the week February 2021

PASSING OUT: The Podcast is a series of conversations with currently serving and veteran soldiers from the LGBTQ+ community sharing their stories, experiences and life lessons from their time in the British Army. On the 21st anniversary of the lifting of the ban on LGBTQ+ soldiers serving in the British Military, host James Robert Moore discusses what it means to be out and queer in an environment that up until the year 2000 criminalised homosexuality - and hears the real life stories from those who served had the courage and fight to live in a world, and be part of an institution that didn't want to accept them. These pioneers challenged the army's views on what it means to be queer and authentically themselves - and they are here to challenge your opinions too.
